Our Acknowledgement of a Territory and Its First Peoples

ConnectSeven's Head Office operates on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded Coast Salish Lands including the territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nation, Tsleil-Waututh Nation and Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) Nation. We recognize Indigenous Peoples long-standing presence as stewards in these territories and across all of current day North America, where we are lucky enough to travel and carry out our projects.

We know that we are guests on this land due to a system of colonization, injustices, and broken treaties that have discriminated against and harmed the people who were here since time immemorial. We acknowledge this and as a company and individuals we are actively seeking out ways to repair the damage that has been inflicted and move towards reconciliation.
